FEATURES
Owing to the prosperous development of semiconductor, the requirement of quality fluoropolymer resin product keeps increasing. Allied Supreme Corp. has developed PTFE、M-PTFE、PFA tube, pipe and fitting also built several clean rooms in compliance with the high purity requirement of semiconductor industries. Our product can follow both ANSI 150LBS and JIS 10K. Each pipe and fitting has to pass pressure test or electrostatic test before delivery. Customers can assign either or both tests.

Chemical resistance and solvent resistance : inert to almost all chemicals and solvents and is the most excellent corrosion-resistant material that can maintain the purity of chemicals.
High temperature resistance stability : wide range of application temperature, -196℃~260℃, the physical properties will not be changed.
Anti-sticking : low surface tension, easy to take off, non-sticky, easy to clean, and possesses outstanding anti-sticking property.
Durability : Other corrosion-resistant resins will age due to time or ultraviolet rays, but fluorine resins can continuously maintain stable characteristics.
Economic efficiency : Fluorine resin has an outstanding characteristics; it has long lifetime, can reduce downtime and maintenance time, and also can increase production efficiency.
