In 1987 Pfaudler icn., USA the world leaser in Glass Lined equipment subscribed to 40% equity to form a joint venture. Pfaudler inc fuurther increased thir stake to 51% ln 1999 and the name of the company was changed to GMM Pfaudler Ltd.

All our Storage Tanks re lined with Pfaudler glass WWG 9100. This glass is extremely resisant to corrosion and mechanical
stress. For specific applications,special glasses are also available

AE SERIES  The standard range extends from 63 Litres nominal capacity
BE SERIES  The standard range extends from 1600 Litres to 50000 Litres.
CE SERIES  The large main jjint of the two-piece AE design.  We manufacture sizes from 1600 Litres to 50000 Lites.

  • Maximum alloable workimg pressure : 1/+6 bar(g) in the vessel
  • Maximum design design temperature : 200 C
  • Minmum design metal temperature : -28.8C   Custom designs for enhanced pressure and temperatures are also available.

GLASS LINED PIPES AND FITTINGS

 

GMM Pfaudler glassed steel tubes are free of pin-holes. high voltage tested. Their significant advantage: these tubes hold high pressures up to 220 bars, dependent on size and design.

Operating conditions

  • As per ASME Code
  • Admissible operating pressure in the Pipes and Fittings -1/+6 bar
  • Adissible operating temperature -25/+250C
  • Dimensions according to DIN 2873
  • Standard size aailable from 20 NB to 250 NB
  • High pressure up to 20 bars also available
