Thermoplastic Horizontal Centrifugal Pumps to ANSI B3.1

       These end suction pumps combine centreline discharge and back pullout construction with the CHEM-GARD wide open seal, sliding bar pedestal design.They meet ISO2858 & ANSI B-73.1 international process pump standards. Metal armoring of the plastic casing and flanges enables these thermoplastic pumps to handle the same nozzle loadings as metal pumps.

General

      Pump to conform to ANSI B73.1 process pump standards, and be constructed with all wetted components of polyvinyl chloride (PVC),  polypropylene (PP),  polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) homogeneiu thermoplastic materiastic materials Flows to 1150 GPM (26m3/h). Heads to 185 Ft (56m). Temperatures to 275°F (135ºC). 

Specifications

1. Plastic sleeve isolates the stainless steel shaft from the fluid being pumped.

2. O-ring seals between the plastic sleeve and the impeller, and betwwn the impeller and the locknut, assure no metal contact with solution.

3. The retractable front bearing can be pulled back n parallel bars for easy seal inspection, reduced maintenance and assuring perfect alignment

4. Heavy duty, self aliging bearings widely spaced on the shaft, fo maximum stability and long seal life.

5.The relatively short, large diameter stainless steel shaft with generous radii significantly reducesmstress concentrations and avoids the potential for the impeller.

6. Camlock bearings are utilized to allow easy adjustment of the impeller.

7. Heavy sectioned static casing O-ring prevents leaks and blow outs.

8. Key driven, dynamically balanced molded impeller design with stainless steel imbedded insert ensures positive drive provides additional rigidity to impeller at higher temperatures and pressures, and prevents damage in case of reverse rotation Semi-open or closed impellers are available.
